Day 1
Arrive Colombo → Negombo
Coastal arrival · Welcome aperitif · Sri Lankan dinner
Arrive into Colombo and transfer to the nearby coastal town of Negombo to begin your Sri Lankan adventure. After settling into your beachfront hotel, enjoy some time to relax by the ocean before meeting the group for a welcome aperitif and Sri Lankan dinner overlooking the sea.

Day 2
Journey to Sigiriya

Leaving the coast behind, travel inland through Sri Lanka’s lush countryside towards the Cultural Triangle. Along the way pause for lunch at a beautiful garden setting before continuing north through villages and jungle landscapes. Arriving beneath the dramatic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, enjoy sunset drinks and dinner overlooking the surrounding plains.

Day 3
Sigiriya and Village Life

Begin the day exploring the extraordinary Sigiriya Rock Fortress, climbing to the summit for sweeping views across the jungle landscape. Later, experience rural Sri Lanka first-hand as you travel by tuk-tuk through villages and rice paddies towards ancient cave temples carved into the hillside. The afternoon is yours to relax back at the resort.

Day 4
Minneriya Safari

Enjoy a slower morning surrounded by the jungle before heading into the wild landscapes of Minneriya National Park. This afternoon safari offers the chance to see large herds of elephants roaming the plains alongside deer, birds and other wildlife. As the sun sets over the park, pause for drinks in the wilderness before returning to the hotel for the evening.

Day 5
Into the Hill Country

Day 9
From the Wild to the Coast

Galle and Colombo
