How do I secure my place?
Booking is simple. Start by registering your interest through the website.
Once interest is confirmed for a departure, we will send you a Booking Form and payment link. Your place is secured with a £200 deposit, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before departure.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable. They secure your place on the tour and allow us to confirm accommodation and experiences.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance in case your plans change.
When is the final balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure.
You’ll receive a reminder ahead of this date. The final balance can be paid via bank transfer, invoice or payment link. Please contact us if you wish to settle the final balance early.
Can I pay the full amount upfront?
Yes. You can choose to pay the full event cost at the time of booking if you prefer.
Payments can typically be made via bank transfer or secure payment link. Full payment instructions will be provided with your booking confirmation.
What happens if the event doesn’t reach minimum numbers?
If minimum numbers are not met, you’ll be offered a full refund of any payments made or the option to transfer to another Side Mission event.
